Okay, so real talk here:
As someone who worked in a hotel for nearly two years, I really couldn’t find that hotel prank one funny. I know someone’s going to tell me to “lighten up, it’s just a joke” and I get why.
But like…… please don’t do that. If a hotel employee walks in an sees that, they have to take it seriously because of how many people actually take their lives in hotel rooms. It’s so common, we had an entire policy and procedure around it for most hotels where the person who finds the body is entitled to the rest of the day off with pay and sometimes the next day off, too.
I get it… it’s a joke, just please don’t replicate this one, guys.

@Leon Correct. Just because most or all physical humor is harmful to someone does not absolve the humorist from blame for that harm.
@John Christiansen Yeah, but that doesn't absolve them of consequence. If you joke about dead babies to a woman who has had miscarriages, don't be surprised when you get back handed.
Kids who bully are often abuse victims who are lashing out at others, but that coping mechanism is not permissible.
So why is there a double standard when the coping mechanism is comedy?
I'd say, if that's how you cope, cool, read the room before you make a joke or do it on your own time.
I don't have time for vanity pretending to be therapy.
@DIIMIDOSE Mineral Agree that it is more that rude. It is traumatic. Like cracking rape jokes to a rape victim. Enough people die in hotels that most hotel staff can't "laugh off" stuff like this.
That said, asking for physical humor that hurts no one is probably a stretch.
-The "Tom and Jerry" cartoon of a person hit in the face with a frying pan would not be funny to someone who spent 20 years caring for their disabled spouse after ha/she was hit in the head with a skillet, suffered brain damage, and hadn't been able to walk, talk or feed themselves for two decades.
@John Christiansen I think that you can have physical comedy that isn't horrific up clothes when people have to experience it, that's not the point of Comedy.
I think as like a post on the internet as long as they cleaned it up after can be funny.
But it's just rude to inconvenience and in some cases seriously disrupt and traumatize hotel staff.

@Supersoccerchic I worked as a hotel maid and the comforters were only washed every 6 months during the rooms' scheduled deep cleans 🙃
Yeah but then again, if you watch this one Tiktok about people who've been at hotels, they remove the comforter and put it on the floor. Is it true that those are never washed? I mean, it's gross to think that if it's true. Those comforters should be washed between visits.

The tube thing is a replacement liner. Basically they start at one end of a pipe and fill the tube with water. As it unravels, it will move down the pipe until it unfurls at the other end. It's a fast fix for older pipe systems that aren't easy to replace, though the downside is repeatedly doing this with narrow the pipe.

@GerdesDK yes sewers and drainage it the way they repair broken pipes. they put a robot in at first and remove any lose debris and then put the liner in.

I feel like this didn't need to be explained but I guess it does, the wives probably got the same shirt for them as a gift and wanted them to "wear it tonight on their date". Clearly the guys didn't know they all now owned the same shirt.

The guy who threw his phone in the water instead of the fish reminds me of myself. lol. I'm in retail and I process the daily freight...almost everything comes individually wrapped in plastic, which I have to remove. At least once or twice a week, I'll accidentally throw the product in the trash instead of the plastic I just took off. 😂
I did that with my mini speaker in the bathtub, I meant to put my towel in the water but my brain malfunctioned and now I have no mini speaker

The alligator instantly made my day. This alligator should be hired to enter into any scene with any influencer trying to prep a thirst trap. The world would be a better place with this alligator appearing in every thirst trap. Mwah hahahaha!
There was a whole problem with that influencer because she taped the alligators mouth shut to play with him in the pool

@Sheila Vaughn I used to live in FL too! The elementary school had PSAs in the morning announcements several times a year reminding us not to feed alligators. She must not be a 'native'; if she were she'd have just grabbed and yote it and continued her photoshoot.
I live in Florida and people do have them as pets, they used to anyway. I dated a guy and we went to his sisters house and he said we had to go around the back to get in and there was a friggin alligator in the pool, about 6 feet, I thought it was fake till he got it to move! I ran in the house so fast!! Saw him a couple more times but never went there again!!
I love the fact that the TikTok with the baby alligator, they literally had to take a few seconds to process what just happened before they got out. That part was halirous

Honestly, I love having so many different emotions all packed into one video 😂 that was absolutely disgusting, even Charlotte says she's scarred for life 😭 I feel like a warning could be added by the editing team, but honestly no warning gives us the same experience as Charlotte and I feel like I'm watching with her in real time. That wasn't human hair, that was clearly dog fur. I have a small dog and you would not believe how much he sheds into the tub after a bath. So I can only imagine how much would be left behind in a tub after a medium/large dog was washed in one. My family always washed our medium-sized border collie/husky mix outside with a garden hose.
I came into the comments to say almost this exact thing. Having worked at a dog groomers with that exact setup…. Easily that could have been the tub after blow drying a black Labrador after it’s bath. Most small grooming shops will blow dry the dog in the tub since it’s a confined area for all the shed and just loose hair to land. 👍🏻

As a housekeeper at a hotel. This is a legitimate fear of mine. I knock a few times on doors and still manage to walk in on people sleeping. It doesn't happen super often, but often enough. Mostly men. Granted it is a working mans hotel and I just assume most of them work around loud machinery. But I always have this fear in that back of my mind that maybe they were not just sleeping.
The blue tube is for repairing ruste pipes. It has resin that hardens and essentially creates a new pipe inside a broken or rusted out one.
I just love the way the baby alligator walks into that pool like a boss...seems he is as done with thirst traps and ‘models’ as the rest of us.
😹 #3 is a grooming salon - I used to work for one and it’s oddly satisfying to get that much hair out of a dog. I did a “who wore it better” after my co-worker finished bathing and drying a Bernese Mountain Dog (big fluffy boi) lol 🐶🐾

Spot on. I was a groomer and the bath area would look like this after using the blaster to blow out all of the loose hair and water after a bath. It would also cover you too....not the funnest of jobs!

Its actually for resurfacing and repairing old pipes without having to dig up the pipe. They are covered with resin and harden to form a new firm and ridged pipe.

I once went out to dinner with a guy and he was wearing a mustard yellow shirt (that should have been a red flag tbh) and he picked a restaurant he'd never been to. I swear, the walls were the same colour as his shirt. People looked twice because he looked like a floating head, the wait staff could hardly serve us for laughing. I thought it was hilarious and, thankfully, he thought it was funny too.

If you want to try something like that tube substance, and it cleans stainless steal perfectly, take a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar. For a little reaction dust the baking soda on the stainless surface for a bigger reaction double the cups of baking soda and vinegar. After you have put down the baking soda, pour out the vinegar on the soda and enjoy the reaction. Please use cleaning gloves and warm water to clean your sink. Also great to make your white wash clothes whiter and take the excess washing liquid out of your towels. Add pure lemon juice for scent.

the blue tube is when water pipes are too expensive or awkward to dig up and replace , they put this lining inside and they use the water pressure to roll it inside out like that from another point of entry. almost did my engineering thesis on it.
I've actually seen them use one in the town near me. It was cool as crap! And quite genius for sure as the water lines in our area are old. And could cost 10s of thousands that our podunk tiny town just ain't got cuz they voted in a waitress as treasurer instead someone who knows what the hell they're doing.

8:30 -- I think the tube is a liner for the pipes. Basically a tube that tucks into itself and you inflate from the other end so that it snakes through the pipe. Once it is through i think they "cure" it under pressure and you then have a lined pipe that should help prevent cracking and root ingress. See CIPP. @Pittsburgh Flip yes, about 5 hours with steam and approximately 2 hours with UV lightning for the epoxy tubes we used at Aarsleff in Denmark.
@Kasper Kjærsgaard The heat helps cure the resin more quickly from what i understand.
We used steam when I worked with tube lining.
Regarding the man who are all wearing the same shirt: this past weekend was an annual churches convention in several places. I have seen a couple of pictures where the wives and mothers were able to get their husbands and sons to wear the same shirt on Sunday morning. There were at least 50 males and one of the pictures and around 30 in the other picture.

Fun Fact about the black baby clip: It could actually BE his child.
There is a rare chance in which genes do a funky thing and, if you have black blood somewhere in your family tree, the baby can be born as a black-skinned child despite both parents being white (or mixed so much they look average caucasian).
I've heard about two cases like this years ago. Not sure if this can happen with other aspects of our genes (hair and eye colours, maybe strong physical features distinct for certain ethnicities, who knows?).
It's really a fun thing. And seeing as a child could loose it's father, a relationship could crumble needlessly...I really think we should teach these kinda things to our kids nowadays. (Plus, it's interesting.)
@Brianna v. N. I can imagine that to be possible! Crossbreeding, especially direct outcomes, can often look just like one parent or like a mix. You see that in animals a lot, especially horses/equines tend to take after the mother more than the father when crossbreeding (best example would be donkey-horse crosses or mixes with Friesians).
Maybe human genes can split up entirely and go one way fully instead of mixing, I could totally see that happen.
@Rosie Touse As I said, it depends on if or if not you have black blood in your heritage. If you do but LOOK caucasian due to 'crossbreeding' in your heritage so much with white genes that you loose any characteristics of black heritage, then it can happen that your genes go full throttle on the black part and you produce a fully black child.
There is multiple cases of that happening as I said. With vice versa cases I have no knowledge, I've not heard of that either so I can't say if what you said is true or not. I'm not counting 'albino' african children tho. That's something entirely else in case you meant those occurances. I haven't heard of black people (pure heritage, not crossed) carrying genes for all colours, which is odd since I find that more extraordinary than white people with carrier genes producing different coloured offspring. (But I'm not interested enough to go and research that. XD)
That reminds me of Carter and Sadie Kane (from the Kane Chronicles book series by Rick Riordan). He's black, she's white, they're still biologically siblings. Their dad's black and mom's white. I'm pretty sure they were in part (at least) based off of a pair of siblings that Rick knew from his teaching days, that were different skin tones but are still biologically related.
I don't think the guy was questioning, I think he was "Oh do a reply without hurting her feelings or confidence because I respect it". My son is super gay and super gorgeous. Because he is a football playing guy nextdoor he sadly has turned down many beautiful women who got the confidence up to ask him out. He said most become friends with him afterwards. The last is now his brother's gf of over a year lol.
@Ellie it's sad because he feels bad if he were to hurt their feelings or confidence. I don't want anyone to feel bad, especially my child, so it's sad to me.

8:50 that wacky inflatable blue tube my dear, is pipe liner. When pipes need to be repaired they throw that stuff in and it fills up the liner in the pipe. When it dries it's repaired like a brand new pipe. I still want one too 🥔

Hi Charlotte! My husband and I love watching your videos! We saw one of your older videos about scamming the scammers, hilarious! There a woman with a FRclip channel IRLrosie. She does that and will use an old ladies voice and/or siri talking to the scammer. Maybe you could use one of her clips if that is something that you are allowed to do. I love to fish and sm notoriously clumsy. My kiddos got me a water proof(to 20 feet only tho) soft plastic bag thing for my phone but it has a float on the top! You can photo and use it through the plastic and it works. And I did drop it 2 times off the kayak lol. Totally worth the $14 they paid for it.

The tube @ 8:40 is like an inverted tube, that when put in one end if a pipe, air is pushed through, forcing the tube to work it's way through to come out the other end, lining the pipe in the process... At least, that's MY take on what we are seeing! 😉👍✌️
