A few years a male morning TV show host here in Australia wore the same suit (he had it dry cleaned, of course) every day for a YEAR and nobody noticed it. 😂
So true! And I learned that the $200 Magic Dress I bought (had no choice to spend that much) is FAR better than 4 of the $50 ones I usually would buy, so I wear it a LOT! Ppl even took selfies on a cruise with me, saying things like "OMG! You are the most beautiful woman we ever saw in person" (OK, they were drunk), and it is all because of The Magic Dress. I got other nice things said about the $25 dress I wore the next night but nothing like this. I don't give a fig if anyone says I wear it to every family event the now-ex' family had. Why bother anyway? Just put it on, use the same shoes and purse, and I am all ready to go! SO, ladies, wear YOUR Magic Dress everywhere!
@magietagie ah that would explain it, as I rarely talk about what people wear outside my friend group (apart from a compliment here or there or a surprised 'what is that person wearing' 😅), nor was I ever really surrounded by anyone who cared about celebrities 🙃
I remember elementary school in the 90s was like that I hate re wearin something too often or wearin the same pants..now I do what i want and wear what i want lol
I loved Lucy. I think her polka-dot dress was my favorite as I have a bright red polka-dot dress I bought just to go as her for Halloween and I could never get rid of it.
Before the age of Ultrasounds and other medical marvels there was this couple expecting and sure enough the lady went into labour and the husband brought back the Doctor. The husband had to be pressed into service to help the doctor and they used a small oil lamp to see what was going on. The Doctor proclaime, "Congratulations Seamus, yer de proud fadder of a baby boy." Seamus of course was overjoyed until he heard the doctor say, "Hold on...hold on...Oh me God Seamus, yer de proud fadder of twins, a boy and a girl." Seamus was happy now until he heard the doctor exclaim again. "Seamus, it's a miracle, ya have triplets, another boy!" Seamus pipes up with, "Doc, stop now, mebbe it's da light that's attractin 'em. Shut it off fer God's sake!"

I wear clothes to death. Literally until they have multiple extra holes. Granted when they get torn I will only wear them at home as a lazy outfit, but I will wear it till even the cat will be like wtf.

I am so very appreciative of The Potato Queen as well as the other Tater Tots only SHE CH amassed from around the world. I haven't been able to watch in days-crazy wildebeest of a roomie put me and other roomie ("D", 70, end-stage cancer) in the hospital! The perp is gone but us vics are forced to deal with the aftermath, esp me, BC I have to support D and do everything, but it is OK BC I was taught, in old-school Brooklyn, these things have to be done for neighbors and such who need it. Just now, after the gazillionth thing I had to do, I decided I need some of the Queen AND you co-Tots! Thanks again! Hugs from New York, to San Anton and the rest of the world!

My senior year of college we had an albino squirrel that lived in our backyard. We named him Moby(after the white whale) and it was so delightful seeing him run up and down the trees. One of my roommates always said he was worried the other squirrels would be mean to him because he looked different.

I'm so glad you went back on what you said about having multiples being fun. I carried twins and managed to carry full term (no clue how.. I was put on bed rest 11 weeks into the pregnancy because of the heightened preterm risk). I always laugh when folks find out I have twins and go "aww I want twins.." and in the dark place of my brain the scary voice pops in with "no you don't" lol

My greatest achievement was achieving instant dad joke status. 😂😂😂 I made a passing comment recently and my daughter went omg that was stupid. Meanwhile my brain is applauding the comedic gold.
@silentecho no, it wasn't figurative at all... I barely made it with my one daughter. I have been pregnant 6x and only one live birth, but she almost ended my life. I wouldn't change a thing about having her. She really is my pride and joy... but fr, the lack of sleep, the endless crying, the amount of pain and energy to deliver... I'm impressed by you my friend. Stay strong, and don't take no shit from those kids. Lol fr tho... as a mother to a teen, stay strong.

I would die if I had twins. Took care of a few in my day... when you calm one the other acts up, or when one cries they both cry, it was crazy... daycare was rough. Lol
11:27 I bought myself a gorgeous virgin wool single breasted waist coat that pretty much goes with most of my wardrobe. Screw them! Not all of us are rich, I bought mine for a fraction of the original price off of Poshmark. Only worn a couple times and arrived in perfect condition. Set for fall and springs for many seasons to come. I do not dress trendy.
Another brilliant video, I was enjoying having a good laugh. What I found really funny was, at 4.20 minutes, where you were super imposed onto a golden retriever. I roared with laughter.

I'm not an engineer or anything but I think that if Samsung made a self-closing door if you left it open for too long then they would have to include other parts inside that would allow for a closing feature whereas a method to ping you to come close your door would probably be mainly a software issue.
Also, if there was a self-closing feature I think safety would come into play because what if you were organizing your fridge or cleaning something and needed it open for an extended period of time? You'd have to include another sensor that tracks whether there's a person there or not. The cost for a smart fridge is already pretty high and I think that if they added even smarter features, it would drive the price up even more.

There's a lot of people that would love to get free gifts and fanart from the people that pay there bills by being devoted fans. And the fact that nobody seems to find this very disrespectful means I guess I need a different Community. I can confirm as a dog owner that I at least DO go home early on the rare occasion that I get the opportunity, because of this exact worry 🤣🤣 my Dobby is always so ecstatic to see me, and so sad when I'm leaving 😭 he's legit a big part of why I'm looking for at-home work. he loved having me home everyday on quarantine so was even harder to go back to working an hour a way seven days a week 😭

Fun fact many trees evolved congruent with giant sloths Avocados where swallowed whole by them and their giants seeds dispersed in the sloth guano. If humans haven't found avocados tasty and took up the role of cultivating them, they may have gone extinct by now as there is no other animals to disperse them any more.

Albino 'Tree Rats' are cute, when I was in Uni, there was one that lived near me. I always wondered how it survived. I mean, every predator would have it one their radar, and there is no way(apart for dextarity and speed) it could survive.

Ten days later, D and I are still recovering from PTSD, and it helps to be able to care for her, although she can do everything she needs for self-care at least, otherwise, we will get a nurse in here. What seems a bit strange is that the video looks even worse than what I imagined, but the DA said that is common (plus she is happy-her case is made. Isn't it funny how just putting D in ICU, and me in the hospital for a day, may NOT have been enough to put her away for Aggravated Assault without any deals being made! 3 years min but probably 7, they are hoping for).

I have been through hell since I found this channel, including my roomie ("D", 70, end-stage pancreatic cancer) and I being put in the hospital last week by a crazy 300 pound wildebeest we have been repeatedly warning the LL about, and only today have I been able to sit down and catch-up, after dealing with the medical stuff, the District Attorney, and most importantly, getting our neighbor's Ring cam showing the attack properly cut and over to the DA, etc. The PERP is protected, the LL is scared because THEY can be charged criminally and have left me to deal with all the repair ppl coming in, without the required Notice, so D and I have to do everything right. As usual, I come here, and feel better. Thanks so much to ALL of you, and hugs to all from New York!

Especially roosters. Used to have one named Kevin, he was mean as hell. Used to kick at him to keep him away. "I said no, Kevin!!! Leave me alone!!" LOL kinda miss him tho. But he would fly at me with talons out and peck at my ankles.

I raise chickens, and I can confirm that they still have some scary dinosaur traits inherent to their behavior!
I nearly lost my left eye (my "good" eye!) to a very hard peck. My entire eyeball was blood red for 2 months, and it looked horrific. Good thing it was just before Halloween so I could tell people I just really committed to looking like a zombie this year.
One of our 8 hens was a very sweet girl though, and she was our favorite. We would take her out of the pen and bring her inside, where she loved sitting in my son's lap like a kitten.
A few weeks ago, we found her dead, the other chickens attacked her and ripped her apart for no apparent reason, unless it was jealousy?
I now wear goggles when I open their pen.
I wake up each morning to the watch the lovely Miss Charlotte Dobre,and she always delivers the exceptional amount of giggles for my daily grind (with my 4 kids)

they are born usually relatively early before the 9 month mark, usually meaning that all babies were born premature- the most a human has been known to carry at one time is 8 fetuses, but that's only been like- 11 pregnancies in the world having that many. The gestation period of sextuplets or higher is some time under 30 weeks, making them over 10 weeks premature- so it's possible, but unlikely, and if someone does have sextuplets, they usually end up having a few birth defects due to prematurity

Met a standard poodle named Dylan and to be honest it fits him perfectly. The owner who also owns another older poodle named Monty got Dylan with the name already in given to him by the breeder. The owner tried to change it but nothing fit quite like Dylan. So he remains Dylan.

Yes, they're called sextuplets and are delivered through c-section. If 6 shocks you u should check out Nadia Suleman, she gave birth to octuplets which is 8 babies. If u do look her up, they call her octomom, but her story is unreal. She's a single mom and already had six kids before have the other 8. She's from California

When my son came home for the holidays after leaving to go to college, one of our dogs acted like he was a ghost or something. She wouldn't let him get near her, she would just run around the house to get away, and she never got over it, ever.

@Shira Marie yes, that's a good point too. I used to work in clothing stores and it's popular to just buy so many things you don't need. As an electrician, I've never mended work clothes more than I do now. I realize it's going to get torn, shredded, stained..... and I've hit a whole new mindset. Now I hand mend regular and fancy clothes. I try to make my wardrobe work with each setting... come up with creative ways to spice things up. It was once so normal to see and encourage people to buy that extra top because it's "so cute on you". I'm glad my eyes had been opened forever ago.
@Heather Holzhaus I'm going to totally agree with you here most fashion is actually "fast fashion" intended to be disposed to encourage you to buy more to me that is the most ridiculous thing in the world because you're literally wasting tons of resources doing that and the only benefit is money in capitalist pockets.
@kissit012 lol I have amazing role models. Lots of thrifters and upcyclers. As someone in my mid-30's, I have noticed that Dispose Culture is a big thing. Many celebrities and influencers wear new and obscenely expensive clothing and show ideals that are not only unhealthy, but unobtainable for many people.
My remark was that I actually sincerely appreciate that someone would still put their best foot forward, looking cute, being sassy and smart a$$y, and trying to be responsible for their existence.
As a man, I can confirm that I live in the same hoodies all the time. I wear them only after work and my shower and take it off when I go to bed. It's my "relaxing hoodie"

The people with the sextuplets must have been having fertility treatments. Interesting info: Insurance will pay for fertility drugs, but not for in-vitro fertilization. Not financially sound - fertility treatments often result in multiple fetuses, which can cost millions of dollars for treatment of tiny preemies. In-vitro treatments are usually expensive to begin with, $10,000 or more per cycle, but generally only result in one or two fetuses. Now which is the better option? Plus those tiny preemies can have life-long health issues due to being born so small.
More money for the industrial medical complex.
Wow! So ridiculous! I know the fertility treatments are 'only' around $17-23k in New York, but ins covers that, with parents covering another $20Kish for in-vitro implantation. I can imagine how expensive a lifetime of treatment PER child can cost. Is this a prime example of 'penny wise, pound foolish' (I apologize for writing 'pounds' but that is the saying. These poor kids suffer immensely as well, lucky to be born 2 pounds, so the ins companies are ALSO causing terrible suffering to innocent babies. Disgusting!
